Courtesy Plumbing and Heating Furnace Giveaway Terms and Conditions

Eligibility:

  • Participants must be at least 18 years old and legal residents of Colorado. Proof of age and residency may be required.

  • Current furnace must be connected and in use at the time of entry.

  • Employees, affiliates, and immediate family members of Courtesy Plumbing and Heating are not eligible to participate.

  • Courtesy Plumbing and Heating reserves the right to disqualify any entry at its sole discretion.

  • Participants must leave within 15 miles of either Denver or Castle Rock, Colorado.

Submission Dates:

  • Entries will be accepted from January 15, 2025, through February 14, 2025. Late or incomplete entries will not be considered.

  • No purchase is required to enter or win this giveaway.

Prize Details:

  • The giveaway prize includes a new furnace. Duct work, if required, is not included and will be the responsibility of the winner.

  • Installation is included [or specify if not included].

  • No cash equivalent or substitutions are allowed.

  • If the winner does not claim their prize within 7 days of first contact, they forfeit the prize and the host may select a new winner.

Entry Rules:

  • Participants must provide accurate and complete contact information. By entering, participants agree to receive promotional material from Courtesy Plumbing and Heating.

  • Only one entry per household is permitted.

  • All entries are subject to verification, including an on-site inspection to confirm eligibility, such as proof of equipment age, residency, and verification that the current furnace is connected and in use.

Winner Selection and Announcement:

  • The winner will be selected at random and contacted directly via [email/phone/other method].

  • By entering, participants agree that Courtesy Plumbing and Heating may announce the winner’s name on social media and other platforms for promotional purposes.

Promotional Use:

  • By entering, participants agree to allow Courtesy Plumbing and Heating to use their name, likeness, and any promotional material associated with the giveaway for marketing and advertising purposes without additional compensation.

Liability Release:

  • By participating, entrants release Courtesy Plumbing and Heating from any liability related to the prize, including but not limited to installation or use of the furnace.

Taxes and Fees:

  • The winner is responsible for all applicable taxes and fees related to the prize.

  • The winner may be required to provide further information, for reporting purposes if the prize value is subject to IRS disclosure.

Dispute Resolution:

  • Any disputes arising from this giveaway will be resolved exclusively by binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA).

  • Arbitration will take place in the state of Colorado, and participants agree that the arbitration decision will be final and binding.
